Looking for an HR Manager to implement the best industry practices, lead the strategic HR transformation projects, and oversee the daily HR operations

Job description:

HR department

  • Act as the main point of contact for HR-related queries and requests from Employees and Management team.
  • Perform complete HR & Payroll functions relevant to the UAE MOHRE and Company policies & procedures and be updated with MOHRE laws.
  • Perform Recruitment, Selection, Onboarding, Offboarding, Performance management, Compensation & Benefits, Leave management, and Employee insurances. This also includes Contract & Visa processing.
  • Develop and/or Update Job Descriptions, Employee training programs & materials, and Organize Employee Engagement Activities.
  • Setup and manage the new HRMS of the Company with close coordination with the software service provider/ Implementation partner.
  • Prepare & Maintain HR-related Reports, Handbook, Presentations, and all other HR Policies.
  • Maintain an organized Employee records both digital & physical.
  • Draft and Distribute Memos, management-approved Guidelines and FAQ documents about Company policies and updates.
  • Supervise and Train HR/Admin staff and ensure that HR policies and procedures are implemented in all departments at all levels.
  • Maintain high Confidentiality of all HR-related information and records.


Admin Department

  • Ensure implementation of HSE Policy and compliance by all Employees, and ensure all Facilities are well-maintained.
  • Ensure the First Aid Kit and PPE for all Employees are kept in stock as per company and local authority regulations.
  • Manage the procurement and budget of Company office and pantry supplies/ requirements as per company standard purchase policies.
  • Maintain Records and ensure timely Renewals of company business licenses and contracts, company vehicle registrations and insurances,


employee and management staff Gate Passes- in all branches.

  • Collaborate with Managers and all Employees for all administrative-related concerns and tasks.


6. Maintain organized and updated administrative documents both physical and digital.

  • Manage meeting and appointment Calendars and maintain efficient workflows.
  • Manage the maintenance and repair of office equipment in coordination with approved service providers.
  • Support all departments when required in a fast-paced work environment as per company operations or as instructed by top management.
  • Maintain high Confidentiality of all Admin-related information and records.
