Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Visual Merchandising Manager uses broad expertise and unique knowledge to develop and lead the most complex projects, from scoping, to implementation and deployment.
  • Based in Huda Beauty HQ to be the on-ground Huda Beauty representative reporting into the MEAI Marketing Manager, with a dotted line into the Senior Manager of Global VM.
  • Main point of contact and leader of all regional projects from ideation to execution.
  • Responsible for facilitating discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution with suppliers and all retailers, for each project.
  • Lead all internal and external communications surrounding projects across teams in Middle East, India, Africa, South East Asia & Australia.
  • The role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities and projects, including but not limited to:

o   Complete permanent and temporary store fit management and facilitation

o   Pop ups / window display management and facilitation

o   Animation management and facilitation

o   New product launch management and facilitation across all stores

o   Merchandising in-store + In-store POS across all stores

o   Maintenance reporting across all stores

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated critical-thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Works well independently and within a team environment.
  • Senior-level understanding of process, project management and project management tools.
  • Ability to initiate and manage cross-functional, globally distributed teams and multi-disciplinary projects (mainly between Dubai and Australia).
  • Ability to develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including the ability to organize and track tasks and dependencies across multiple projects.
  • Detailed understanding of technical build and production to support across design and delivery functions.
  • Ability to assimilate information quickly and understand how it affects the project.
  • Ability to proactively identify issues and provide resolution in a timely fashion.
  • Ability to identify improvements to processes and procedures over time.
  • Adaptable and tolerant of stressful situations. Ability to be a calming force to the overall project team, resolve conflicts and leady-by-example to deliver the project.
  • Adheres to department processes and procedures, providing input on best practices and recommending changes as needed.
