We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to our executives.

Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Last Minute Changes: Adapt quickly to last-minute changes in schedules, priorities, and travel plans, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.
- Follow-up Management: Proactively follow up on action items, commitments, and deadlines to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Trip and Event Coordination: Expertly organize and oversee all aspects of executive travel, including transportation, accommodations, and itinerary planning. Additionally, anticipate potential challenges and devise contingency plans, ensuring preparedness for worst-case scenarios while striving for optimal outcomes in every situation. Meticulously coordinate events, dinners, and meetings, paying meticulous attention to detail to ensure the smooth execution of each event.
- Understanding Needs: Possess a keen understanding of the needs and preferences of the executives, anticipating their requirements and preferences in various situations.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
- Documentation and Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to executive activities, expenses, and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting high-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in organizing travel arrangements and events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the ability to handle last minute changes and unexpected demands.
