AHS, a prestigious real estate company, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chef Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. As the CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the company. You will oversee all financial operations, provide strategic guidance to senior management, and ensure the financial health and growth of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives
- Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making
- Manage the company's capital structure and optimize funding sources
- Monitor and manage financial risks, including cash flow, liquidity, and investments
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements

- Proven experience as a CFO or similar executive-level financial role in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting practices, and financial regulations
- Experience in strategic financial planning and analysis
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide strategic financial advice and guidance to senior management
- Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is preferred
- Experience with real estate financial modeling and analysis
