Internship Engineer (Chemist/Chemical)

Your Job

We are seeking internship Engineers to support our Production Operations located in 10th of Ramadan city, Sharqia Egypt. The ideal candidate for this role will collaborate across roles and diverse groups, gather, and share feedback and be a continuous learner. This individual will focus to achieve smooth plant operations in shifts, engage with team members and drive operations vision into action

What You Will Do

• Engage with operational team in a safe and efficient manner and take ownership of vision advancement, safety, quality, and productivity.
• Driving safety excellence through promoting employee involvement, ownership, and accountability to proactively eliminate hazards. Conduct safety training with crew members and deliver training materials in a meaningful approach.
• Facilitating team development and communication, employee skill development, problem-solving and resolution, building employee commitment and ownership and holding employees accountable.
• Monitoring product to maximize efficiency.
• Promoting employee involvement, receiving and providing coaching, feedback and direction as required.
• Assisting with troubleshooting production issues.
• Completing data entry responsibilities and generate reports in a timely and efficient manner.
