Apt Resources is currently looking for a Female Manager with a strong background in management and finance to join their client, a well-established trading company. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and managing the overall business activities. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and profitability. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and ensuring that all financial activities are carried out in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the financial operations of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
  • Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and external auditors
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and board of directors
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring high performance and professional development
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, laws, and standards
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and risks
  • Implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and profitability

Salary of 16,000 AED plus benefits of 2500 AED which is the housing allowance, Visa provided by the company, and Ticket fare home once a year

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven 8-plus years of experience in management and finance, preferably in a trading company
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities
  • Experience in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Experience in leading teams
