Consultant/Specialist Oral Medicine

As a Consultant/Specialist in Oral Medicine at SearchPlus HR, you will play a critical role in providing specialized care for patients with oral diseases and disorders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and evaluate patients' medical history and symptoms
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including oral biopsies, imaging studies, and salivary gland function tests
• Diagnose and manage various oral conditions such as oral ulcers, oral cancers, and temporomandibular joint disorders
• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, including medication management and oral health recommendations
• Perform minor oral surgical procedures, such as biopsies and lesion removal
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of oral medicine through continuous learning and professional development

Requirements

• Degree in Dentistry and a valid license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist in Oral Medicine
• Proven experience in diagnosing and managing various oral conditions
• Expertise in interpreting diagnostic tests, including biopsies and imaging studies
• Strong knowledge of oral medicine principles, practices, and treatment options
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients and colleagues
• Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple cases
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex oral conditions
