As a Refractive Surgeon Consultant at SearchPlus HR, you will be responsible for providing expert surgical consultation and care for patients with refractive conditions. Your primary role will be to evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and perform refractive surgeries to correct vision abnormalities using advanced surgical techniques and technologies.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and stay abreast of the latest advancements in refractive surgery through continuous learning and professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and diagnose refractive conditions through comprehensive eye examinations
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and expectations
- Perform refractive surgeries, including LASIK, PRK, and implantable contact lens procedures
- Utilize advanced surgical techniques and technologies to achieve optimal outcomes
