As a Consultant/Specialist Neonatologist at SearchPlus HR, you will play a critical role in providing specialized care to newborn infants and their families. With your expertise in neonatology, you will diagnose and treat medical conditions that affect newborns, particularly those who are premature or critically ill.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized medical care to newborn infants, including those who are premature, critically ill, or require specialized treatment
  • Assess and manage the health and development of newborns, including monitoring vital signs, performing physical examinations, and interpreting diagnostic tests
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans, such as administering medications, performing procedures, and recommending therapies
  • Educate and support families, including explaining medical conditions, treatment options, and addressing their concerns
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases, share knowledge, and coordinate care
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of neonatology through continuous learning and professional development

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist Neonatologist
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and treating medical conditions in newborn infants
  • Specialized knowledge and expertise in providing care in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs)
  • Strong understanding of neonatology principles, practices, and treatment options
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with newborn infants, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex medical issues in newborns
  • Certification or fellowship training in Neonatology
  • Experience working in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU)
  • Knowledge of advanced neonatal resuscitation techniques and procedures
  • Ability to effectively lead and supervise a neonatal care team
