The role of the Associate Offer Management Specialist is to support the offer letter and new hire employment contract process for all businesses. This includes responsibilities such as drafting, reviewing and extending offer letters and employment contracts for new hires. Your role plays a vital part in ensuring that these documents are accurate and adhere to company standards and comply with regulations, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following a
