What This Job Involves

  • Assist in preparing and presenting proposals to clients
  • Preparing feasibility studies, involving: Market research, Cash flow analysis, Financial modelling, Development advice
  • Manage the delivery of client assignments on time, quality and profitability
  • Compile assignment specific primary and secondary research
  • Produce insightful, relevant analysis
  • Consolidate market studies and financial projections and draw conclusions
  • Prepare project development briefs and economic land use reports.

  • Team management / client management and project management
  • Ability to lead and review market research studies / feasibility studies / highest and best use studies / development strategies / financial modelling / financial analysis among others
  • Solid understanding of real estate and the development cycle
  • Excellent in reading and writing French / English and Arabic
  • Knowledge of and previous experience in the real estate market
  • 5 – 10 years’ experience in consulting / real estate preferred
  • Relevant Bachelor's / Master’s degree in finance / economics / business preferred.
