As a Specialist Plastic Surgeon at SearchPlus HR, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional plastic surgical care to our clients. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures, including breast augmentation, facelifts, rhinoplasty, breast reconstruction, and scar revisions. You will work closely with patients to understand their needs and expectations, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality surgical outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' medical history, goals, and expectations for cosmetic and reconstructive surgery procedures
• Develop personalized treatment plans and surgical strategies
• Perform cosmetic procedures, such as breast augmentation, facelifts, rhinoplasty, and liposuction
• Perform reconstructive procedures, such as breast reconstruction, scar revisions, and cleft lip repairs
• Utilize advanced surgical techniques, technologies, and instruments to achieve optimal results
• Monitor post-operative progress and provide appropriate follow-up care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of plastic surgery through continuous learning and professional development
