SearchPlus HR, a well-established human resources consulting firm, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist/Consultant Urogynecologist to join our team. As a Specialist/Consultant Urogynecologist at SearchPlus HR, you will play a key role in providing specialized care to women with pelvic floor disorders and urogynecological conditions.
You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating conditions such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and other disorders related to the pelvic floor. As a urogynecologist, you will perform various diagnostic procedures, provide medical and surgical treatments, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' medical histories and perform comprehensive pelvic examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including urodynamic studies, ultrasound imaging, and cystoscopies
- Diagnose and treat various urogynecological conditions, such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and bladder disorders
- Develop personalized treatment plans, including medication management, pelvic floor exercises, and surgical interventions if needed
- Perform surgical procedures, such as sling placements, cystoscopies, and pelvic organ prolapse repairs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including urologists, gynecologists, and physical therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of urogynecology through continuous learning and professional development

- Medical degree
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating various urogynecological conditions
- Strong knowledge of urogynecology principles, practices, and treatment options
- Expertise in performing diagnostic procedures, such as urodynamic studies, ultrasound imaging, and cystoscopies
- Experience in managing and treating urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and bladder disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex urogynecological issues
- Board certification in Urogynecology
- Experience in conducting and participating in clinical research
- Commitment to patient care, empathy, and compassion
- Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
