Instructor SHRM - CP

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and informative SHRM-CP exam preparation sessions (in-person or virtual)
• Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum aligned with the latest SHRM-CP Learning Objectives
• Utilize a variety of instructional methods to cater to diverse learning styles
• Motivate and guide students in their exam preparation journey
• Provide constructive feedback and assessments to help students measure their progress
• Stay current on HR trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• SHRM-CP certification (or eligibility)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
• Proven teaching experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a positive and interactive learning environment
• Passion for helping others succeed
