Job Description & Summary

A career in Information Security, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to develop and support our internal security technologies and services across the entire global and local PwC network. You'll focus on being the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing information technology including hardware, software, and networks that enhance security of internal information and protect our firm's intellectual assets.

Our team leads the information security strategy within PwC. The overall goals for the function include the identification, tracking and mitigation of risk, as well as offering in depth expertise to ensure credibility and confidence in the handling of client, firm, or employee data. We work closely with stakeholders to understand their business objectives to enable us to have full visibility into potential information security risks across our estate. Joining this team, you'll provide the customer centric perspective to enable PwC to deliver maximum value to the customer, the PwC Network of firms, and PwC's clients.

  • To help us achieve this we have the PwC Professional; our Executes the NIS strategy and integrates the ETIC requirements and priorities.
  • Ensures alignment in the global strategy and strikes a balance between global, PwC ME and ETIC priorities (with the CISO managing expectations of all).
  • Works with both local and project teams to ensure all requirements are met, if there are differences in ETIC requirements vs. the regional or global strategy.
  • Works with ETIC's stakeholders / Regional CISO to manage differences in local priorities and NIS priorities.
  • Manages NIS services and represents any territory specific needs.
  • Provides guidance to stakeholders as well as understanding the local contractual requirements, government laws, and regulations relevant to information security.
  • Provisioning of visibility and reporting information about the different projects, services, and activities.
  • Reporting to the Cyber Security Committee.
  • Local execution and oversight of the NIS global, regional, or local projects and initiatives
  • Channel for delivering and charging services from the NIS portfolio of services
  • Provisioning of specific local information security services not included in the NIS portfolio of services
