Procurement Officer - Gyma Food Industries

We are looking for a Purchase officer who can join our company.

Prefer FMCG Experience.

Job Description Mentioned Below.

• Collection of EMC from demand planner and updating in the import and local file
• Managing the Categorized Products – Stock status & availability
• To plan, Execute and finalize purchasing with suitable suppliers in the local and
  
  

international market.

• Finding the new suppliers with competitive pricing and payment terms
• Negotiate with the suppliers in terms of price, quality, and delivery terms.
• Handling and monitoring of claims and shortages with suppliers
• coordinate with the supplier to ensure on time delivery.
• Support relevant departments with quotations for their new projects.
• Monitoring the stock movement and maintaining stock level as per the target.
• To ensure fullest cooperation to assist and support Supply Chain team and perform
  
  

duties assigned by the SC manager.

• To ensure effective response and adherence to on-going guidelines, procedures,
  
  

standards, policies, and directives issued by the department head.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in buying commodities like Spices, pulses, dried fruits, nuts etc...
• 3- 5 years in Food Industry
  
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
