What you'll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • Your role will involve the preparation of online responses for our esteemed guests, to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • You’ll also be responsible for coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events for the General Manager; and reschedule or cancel appointments as necessary, prioritizing urgent matters.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the General Manager and senior executives
  • Prepare and circulate communications, reports, and presentations on behalf of the General Manager
  • Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes.
  • Plan and book travel arrangements for the General Manager, including flights, accommodation and transportation and prepare detailed itineraries and travel documents as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather information and support project objectives

  • You have a talent for interacting with people at all levels in a positive and professional way
  • Proven experience as a executive assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Strong problem- solving skills and resourcefulness
  • High level of professionalism and self-motivation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office gadgets and applications ( e.g. e-calendars etc.)
  • Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.E
  • English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Any additional languages are welcomed, however not mandatory.
