Our client is a beauty e-commerce platform that seeks out the best skincare, makeup, fragrances, and health products in the market and acts as a hub of information for the Egyptian female. They are looking to hire a Customer Service Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided to customers in a timely manner, by adhering to policies and standards to achieve the highest satisfaction levels. 
  • Following up on all dispatched shipments along with our logistics partner. 
  • Attending customers’ inquiries by fulfilling their requirements, solving their problems, following up on their cases, and updating them. 
  • Respond to all customer's inquiries to improve their customer service experience through SM messages, emails, and phone calls.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, sales, or other relevant subjects. 
  • Entry Level 0 to 1 year of experience
    Very good command of spoken and written English & Arabic languages 
  • Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Strong organizational skills. 
  • Quick learner and adaptable to learning new processes, concepts, and skills. 
  • Skilled problem-solver and multi-tasker. 
  • Patient.
