Our client is a beauty e-commerce platform that seeks out the best skincare, makeup, fragrances, and health products in the market and acts as a hub of information for the Egyptian female. They are looking to hire a Customer Service Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to customers in a timely manner, by adhering to policies and standards to achieve the highest satisfaction levels.
- Following up on all dispatched shipments along with our logistics partner.
- Attending customers’ inquiries by fulfilling their requirements, solving their problems, following up on their cases, and updating them.
- Respond to all customer's inquiries to improve their customer service experience through SM messages, emails, and phone calls.
