Technical Presales Engineer

Master-Works, a leading technology consultancy, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Technical Presales Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Presales Engineer at Master-Works, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by providing technical expertise and support in pre-sales activities. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer requirements and design customized solutions that align with their needs.

Experience:

1) 5+ years’ experience as a technical presales mainly in solution integration.

2) 3+ years’ hands-on experience in integration and/or web development solutions

Technical Skills:

▪ Solid experience in a presales role within the digital services domain, with a proven track record of understanding client needs and developing appropriate digital solutions.

▪ Comprehensive knowledge of API Gateway and integration platforms, essential for creating interconnected digital ecosystems.

▪ Solid knowledge (prefer previous hands-on experience) in web and mobile application development, crucial for proposing solutions that are relevant and impactful in today's digital landscape.

▪ Expertise in application modernization and digital transformation, enabling clients to evolve their legacy systems into modern, efficient platforms.

▪ Good knowledge of cloud services, understanding various cloud models and how they can be leveraged to meet client objectives.

▪ Demonstrated ability in sketching and designing solution architectures, translating client requirements into practical, scalable digital solutions.

▪ Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non technical audiences, essential for client presentations and proposal writing.

▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, vital for dissecting client requirements and crafting bespoke solutions.

▪ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, coordinating with other technical and sales professionals to develop cohesive and comprehensive solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Proven experience in a technical presales role, preferably in the IT industry

• Strong technical background with knowledge in areas such as cloud computing, networking, and security

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Proficiency in software and tools used for technical presentations and demonstrations

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Exceptional communication skills, including fluency in both Arabic and English for speaking and writing, to clearly convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
