Eatigo Foods is seeking a talented and creative Brand Manager to join our Marketing Department. The Brand Manager will be responsible for managing and developing brands within the frozen food sector, contributing to brand strategy, product development, marketing campaigns, and partnerships. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives and target market insights within the frozen food sector. 
  • Brand Development and Management: Assist in the development and management of the company's brand portfolio, including product innovation, packaging design, and product line extensions tailored for frozen food products. 
  • Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution: Work closely with the creative team to contribute to the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for frozen food products. Contribute ideas for compelling marketing collateral, including advertising, promotions, and digital content.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Support market research efforts to identify consumer insights, competitive trends, and market opportunities within the frozen food sector. Utilize data-driven insights to inform brand strategies and optimize marketing initiatives. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Sales, and Operations, to support brand initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals. Foster strong working relationships and collaboration across departments. 
  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations with third-party stakeholders within the frozen food industry, including retailers, distributors, influencers, and industry partners. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives and marketing campaigns. Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management. 

Qualifications: 

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; relevant experience or coursework in the frozen food industry is a plus. ● Creative mindset with a passion for branding and marketing within the frozen food sector. 

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 

● Ability to think strategically and contribute innovative ideas to drive brand growth within the frozen food industry. 

● Results-driven with a focus on achieving business objectives in the frozen food sector. 

● Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within the frozen food industry.
