a new cash-rewards platform for consumers, merchants, and gamers to earn cash, Money Moments, by completing daily tasks, playing casual games, viewing content and ads, and making everyday card purchases with cash back.

Key Responsibilities:
- System Health: Monitor and maintain the health of the system, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Routine Tasks: Handle routine development tasks such as bug fixes, code reviews, and minor enhancements.
- Project Support: Assist the main development team with more complex projects, providing support and contributing to development efforts.
- Code Quality: Ensure high-quality code by following best practices and participating in code reviews.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of code and development processes.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to system operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest development trends and continuously seek to improve development processes and skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years in software development, preferably in a startup or fintech environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to our tech stack (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Flutter).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborative attitude with the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic startup environment.
