Key Responsibilities:
- Be part of a team which monitors and maintains the Benjamin cloud infrastructure 24/7 to ensure high availability and performance.
- Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve issues in real time, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal system performance.
- Develop and implement robust monitoring solutions using AWS monitoring tools such as Cloudwatch, Grafana, Prometheus, K9s, Lambda, pganalyze
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to design and enhance automated systems for infrastructure management, including alerts, metrics, and logs.
- Document incident reports, maintain operational logs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to prevent future occurrences.
- Implement solutions to improve and ensure system uptime.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a DevOps or cloud operations role, specifically within an AWS environment.
- Expertise in TypeScript, along with extensive knowledge of Node.js frameworks & PostgreSQL
- Ability to work shifts in a 24/7 operational setup, handling high-pressure situations and critical system issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services especially those related to monitoring.
