Key Responsibilities:
- Critical Development Tasks: Oversee and lead the execution of critical development tasks and projects.
- Guidance and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Code Quality: Ensure the highest quality of code by adhering to best practices and conducting thorough code reviews.
- Technical Leadership: Act as a technical leader within the team, driving innovation and best practices in development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- System Architecture: Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable and efficient software systems.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to system operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest development trends and continuously seek to improve development processes and skills.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of code and development processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in software development, preferably in a startup or fintech environment.
- Extensive experience with Benjamin's tech stack (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Flutter).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborative attitude with the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic startup environment.
