Duties & Responsibilities:
· Monitors status and progress of all scheduled work and work in progress to update plan according to any updates or delays
· Follows up with Operations and Quality, to ensure the execution of the plan in a quick and effective manner.
· Manages master planning, material processes and systems, prepares and updates production schedules and purchasing needs to ensure operational alignment with production plans and KPIs.
· Monitors daily floor conditions and communicates schedule changes to Operations, Raw Materials, QA, Warehouse and other departments/Master Schedulers as needed.
· Facilitates job board and morning meetings with production and quality for execution of sequence to ensure smooth workflow.
· Produces production capacity analysis based on collecting and analyzing historical and factors affecting product demand.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Science or equivalent.
· 2-3 years of experience in the related position
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Experience.
· Proficient in the use of analytic tools such as data gathering.
· Good problem-solving skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
