One of the top FMCGs Multiationals is looking to hire a competent Finance Head who will work on maintaining the finances of the organization effectively and increase profitability.



Key Requirements:




  • 10 to 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.

  • Business Controlling hands-on experience.

  • Experience within MNC is a MUST, preferrably in a FMCG company.

  • Exceptional Leadership competency, with minimum of 5 years of experience in people management roles.

  • Experience in managing North Africa region is a huge plus.

  • Fluent English is a MUST, French is a huge plus.



Key responsibilities:





  • Managing the financial reporting for the organisation. This includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, 5-year financial plans and all statutory financial reporting.




  • Providing sound financial support and insights to enable to help in the critical business decisions.




  • Play a key role in the formulation of the business's strategy.




  • Managing and overseeing the taxation affairs of the organisation and liaising with the external tax firm for specialist advice




  • Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls.




  • Managing the External Auditor relationship and ensuring the organisation is compliant with accounting standards.




  • Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Financial and Management Accounting functions.




  • Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs.




  • Advising on market changes and providing strategic financial recommendations.
