A top employer Multinational Pharmaceutical company is looking to hire an exceptional dynamic Government Affairs Lead!



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and execute government affairs strategies to promote the organization's goals and objectives.

  • Build and maintain relationships with government officials, policymakers, and other key influencers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to analyze the impact of proposed regulations and legislation on the company, and develop appropriate responses and action plans.

  • Conduct research and analysis on government policies, initiatives, and trends that may impact the organization.

  • Engage in coalition building and partnership development with other entities and industry groups to amplify our advocacy efforts.

  • Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in government affairs to continuously improve our strategies and approaches.



Key Requirements:




  • 10 years of experience in Government/ Public Affairs, or any relatable field.

  • Team-player with excellent communication skills.

  • Proven track record in complexity management.

  • Previous/ current hands-on experience in Public Policy & Policy Shapping is a MUST.

  • Current/ previous experience within top consultancy Public Affairs firms.

  • Current/ Previous hands-on experience working for NGOs is a huge plus.

  • Fluent English.

  • Agile caliber who's able to set a plan, work on its execution & collaborate cross-functionally with different internal/ external stakeholders.
