Our client, a leading Multinational in the consumer sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Manager to join their team. As a Senior Brand Manager (GCC and KSA) you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic brand initiatives that drive growth and enhance the company's market presence. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established brand and contribute to its ongoing success in a regional role.
Responsibilities:
To develop and sustain a powerful and meaningful brand position across multiple channels, through a deep understanding of market segmentation and customer requirements. This is a leadership role and its success and the success of the brand is created through collaboration with team members, external parties and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute brand strategies that align with business objectives and drive brand equity.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of brand campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to gain consumer insights and identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform brand strategy.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including creative agencies, to develop impactful marketing materials and brand communication.
- Manage brand budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Evaluate brand performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including packaging, point-of-sale displays, and online presence.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and proactively share insights with the team.
