Our client, a leading Multinational in the consumer sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Manager to join their team. As a Senior Brand Manager (GCC and KSA) you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic brand initiatives that drive growth and enhance the company's market presence. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established brand and contribute to its ongoing success in a regional role.

Responsibilities:

To develop and sustain a powerful and meaningful brand position across multiple channels, through a deep understanding of market segmentation and customer requirements. This is a leadership role and its success and the success of the brand is created through collaboration with team members, external parties and stakeholders.

  • Develop and execute brand strategies that align with business objectives and drive brand equity.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of brand campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to gain consumer insights and identify opportunities for brand growth.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including creative agencies, to develop impactful marketing materials and brand communication.
  • Manage brand budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Evaluate brand performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including packaging, point-of-sale displays, and online presence.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and proactively share insights with the team.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Minimum of 6 years+ brand management experience in the FMCG/Pharmaceutical/Medical industry within a multinational organisation
  • Previous experience covering KSA is essential.
  • Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or related field is preferred.
  • Strong strategic marketing experience and brand and consumer products marketing experience. 
  • Demonstrated capability to take products through a full marketing cycle.
  • Experience in building brand equity, creating marketing campaigns that deliver growth. Strong project and stakeholder management.
  • Managing external agencies, market research & suppliers.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market research data.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in managing budgets and delivering results within financial constraints.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
