One of our partners is seeking a dynamic Acquisition Specialist who can propel growth by spearheading strategic sales and lead management initiatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build strong connections with both commercial and residential clients, utilizing your deep knowledge of Real Estate Lead Generation and the art of Cold Calling.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads, with a focus on commercial clients while strategically approaching residential leads.
  • Engage with potential clients, tailor moving services to meet their specific needs, and convert leads into lasting business relationships.
  • Hunt for new business opportunities, particularly in securing commercial moving contracts, while tapping into the residential market.
  • Accurately record client interactions, updates, and transaction details in CRM systems.
  • Utilize Excel and Google tools to organize lead information, analyze sales trends, and prepare reports contributing to strategic decision-making.
