Procurement Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs while maintaining product or service quality.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to ensure favorable agreements.
• Oversee the entire procurement process, from requisition to delivery.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Implement cost control measures and monitor budget compliance.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain.
• Develop contingency plans to address disruptions and ensure continuity of supply.
• Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; CSCP or CPM certification is a plus.
• 4 To 6 Years Experience in procurement, with a focus on strategic sourcing and supplier management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
