Our client is a women-led platform providing women the choice to choose local alternatives to their self-care routines, and an opportunity to get their brands known to women as we source the best in the region. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Ecommerce Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our ecommerce platform, ensuring an outstanding user experience, and driving commercial performance through data-driven strategies. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong experience in ecommerce management, web analytics, and product management

1. Performance Analysis and Strategy:

o Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) daily, including traffic, conversion rates, and average order value (AOV).

o Develop and implement action plans based on analysis to drive improvements and achieve business goals.

o Provide regular reports and insights to the management team on weekly bases.

2. Website and Mobile App Management:

o Oversee and enhance the overall look and feel of the website and mobile application across both languages (English & Arabic), ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience (UX/UI).

o Continuously implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve user experience.

o Represent the voice of the customer while working with various teams to build products that provide an unparalleled shopping experience.

3. Team Management & Collaboration:

o Lead the SEO team to optimize the website for search engines, driving organic traffic and improving search rankings.

o Manage the Content team to develop a Customer Journey plan that engages customers and improves our KPIs.

o Manage collaboration between internal and external teams, ensuring accountability and ownership throughout project work. o Design, test, and manage customer-facing digital products to enhance customer interaction across multiple platforms.

4. Campaigns Implementation:

o Plan and update all imagery on the homepage and key sections of the website to align with marketing campaigns and keep the content fresh and engaging.

o Implement promotional campaigns on the website and app, including free shipping, free samples, brand sales, happy hour deals, and other campaigns.

o Monitor and adjust strategies based on the effectiveness of these campaigns.

5. Customer Research and Product Development:

o Conduct customer research to understand user stories and build digital product concepts, MVPs, and staged products.

o Conduct A/B tests and analyze customer behavior to uncover opportunities and drive business success.

o Continuously grow digital products and services to ensure state-of-the art customer experiences.

متطلبات الوظيفة

o Bachelor degree

o 7-10 working experience

o 3+ years of experience in managing an ecommerce business/online store

o Bilingual (Fluent in Arabic and English)
