Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled full-time Web Application Developer. Our company focuses on enhancing customer experiences through advanced technological solutions, providing clients with tools to streamline employment operations, manage jobs, and improve overall efficiency. This role involves developing and maintaining custom web applications using Bubble.io to support and elevate these retail operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design custom web applications using Bubble.io to meet specific client needs.
• Collaborate with design to gather and define detailed requirements for new projects.
• Implement new growth funnels, create efficient workflows, and have a deep understanding of database structures, and user interfaces tailored to client specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring applications run smoothly and efficiently.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices and robust security measures.
• Conduct regular testing and quality assurance to identify and fix bugs or issues.
• Provide ongoing technical support for Bubble.io.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Bubble.io and web development to apply best practices.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Bubble.io development, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
• In-depth understanding of web development principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong Python experience.
• Proficiency in integrating APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with job boards is a major plus.
• Must have experience as an engineer at another company.
• Prior agency or freelance experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
