About the job:

We are seeking a proactive, independent, and creative International Business Development Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in fuelling the growth of our organization by driving high-quality lead generation, optimizing lead management processes, and aligning sales and marketing efforts, you will be responsible for driving business development in Europe and GCC regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure timely actions on high-quality leads, implement lead scoring, and provide necessary information and insights to support effective lead nurturing.
  • Leverage tools like Active Campaign to manage and nurture the lead pipeline, ensuring seamless coordination with the sales team.
  • Conduct thorough research on leads from various sources, categorize them based on potential value, and enrich lead data using tools like Albacross.
  • Perform competitive analysis, track industry trends, and support the organization's new business initiatives through targeted market research.
  • Lead the Ambassador program by finding, adding and following up with the ambassadors
  • Optimize the CrossWorkers Lead Engine by nurturing leads, finding key decision-makers, and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date lead database.
  • Integrate the event calendar with digital marketing efforts to ensure seamless delivery of leads to the sales team and coordinate event logistics.
  • Assist in the creation of targeted digital marketing campaigns by generating audience insights and supporting the alignment of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Identify and connect strategic opportunities across different departments (sales, marketing, etc.) to drive sustainable business growth

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business/marketing
  • 3+ years of marketing/sales experience with markets outside Egypt preferably Europe, GCC
  • Fundamental understanding of IT services/software development
  • Skilled in online marketing practices and trends with detailed oriented mindset
