Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, social media platforms, and face to face.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Resolve customer issues with patience and professionalism.
• Process orders, and contacting leads as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
