We are currently partnered with a very well established and growing PR business based in the DIFC who are looking to recruit an HR professional.

The leadership team consists of very reputable and well known individuals who have established an office of 50 employees and are now looking to aggressively scale their headcount in the coming months.

The HR professional will be tasked with managing all HR activities, ensuring compliance and administrative excellence, promoting motivation and engagement, optimizing staff retention and development, and monitoring and enhancing performance at both individual and team levels.

• As the business works with clientele on a global scale, the working hours will be 3PM to midnight, fully on-site for 5 days a week. Please only apply if you are able to accommodate to the working hours.
