Position Overview:
As a Director of Finance, you will lead financial strategy, management, and compliance with local MEA regulations. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and support strategic decisions to drive operational efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals.
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial statements and reports.
- Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and submit tax returns.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate financial performance and strategies to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of finance management experience, preferably in IT distribution.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP, QuickBooks, SAP).
