SearchPlus HR is currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Specialist / Consultant Refractive Surgeon to join our team. As a Refractive Surgeon, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized surgical care for patients seeking vision correction through refractive procedures.
In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, conducting comprehensive eye exams, discussing treatment options, and performing refractive surgeries such as LASIK and PRK. Your expertise in refractive surgery techniques and patient care will contribute to improving the vision and quality of life for our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients seeking vision correction and determine their eligibility for refractive surgery
- Perform comprehensive eye exams to assess vision and overall eye health
- Discuss treatment options and risks with patients, and answer any questions or concerns
- Perform refractive surgeries, such as LASIK and PRK, using advanced surgical techniques
- Monitor patients' post-operative progress and provide appropriate follow-up care
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation
- Stay updated on the latest research, advancements, and best practices in the field of refractive surgery
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in patient care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care

Working Time is Full Time.
Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Medical degree
- Residency training in Ophthalmology
- Fellowship or specialization training in Refractive Surgery
- Proven experience in performing refractive surgeries, including LASIK and PRK
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of refractive surgery techniques, procedures, and technology
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills related to refractive conditions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with patients and colleagues
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to provide individualized care
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
