We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon Specialist/Consultant to join our team at SearchPlus HR. As a Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon Specialist/Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing expert surgical care to pediatric patients with complex cardiac conditions.
Your responsibilities will include evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, performing complex surgical procedures, monitoring postoperative progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and diagnosing pediatric patients with complex cardiac conditions
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans for each patient
- Performing complex surgical procedures on pediatric patients with cardiac conditions
- Monitoring patients' postoperative progress and providing appropriate follow-up care
- Collaborating with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Keeping up-to-date with advancements in pediatric cardiac surgical techniques and practices

Requirements:
- Medical degree
- Completion of residency and fellowship in Pediatric Cardiac Surgery
- Proven experience and expertise in performing complex surgical procedures on pediatric patients with cardiac conditions
- Strong surgical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals
