The InterContinental Hotels Group® properties in Dubai Festival City consist of four hotel brands. These include the luxury brand InterContinental, the superior upscale Crowne Plaza, the lavish long-stay InterContinental Residence Suites and the vibrant mid-scale Holiday Inn. In addition to over 1000+ bedrooms, the four properties boast a selection of high quality restaurants and bars, an impressive 3,800 square meter Event Centre across two levels, the 5,000 square meters Festival Arena by InterContinental, the luxurious Spa InterContinental, state-of-the-art gymnasium and swimming pool facilities. A little taste of your day-to-day

  • Logs official trips, daily mileage, fuel consumption.
  • Prepare expense reports for fuel consumption.
  • Priorities and manage workload for efficient use of time and resources.
  • Distribute A/R invoices, collect cheque/cash from customers/companies when required.
  • Maintain good working relations with colleagues in the department, Hotel and clients
  • Maintain good communication with suppliers regarding cheques.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail from Empost to respective departments.
  • Performs errands that assist the daily functions in the Hotel: ie Banking, document distribution
  • Daily distribution of supplier cheques
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding payments, cheque collection timings.
  • Perform any other duties as required.
  • Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of assigned vehicle ie cleanliness, ordering repairs and service
  • Ensure immediate actions required by RTA regarding traffic rules and regulations are implemented in case of accidents.
  • Demonstrate awareness for Health & Safety legislation, policies and procedures.

What we need from you

  • Demonstrates the ability to project a positive and professional image.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Secondary school education
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
  • Ensures confidentiality when handling financial matters.
  • Exhibits an excellent command of the English language.
  • Holds a valid UAE driver's license.
  • Has at least 2 years of driving experience with a clean driving record in Dubai.
  • Demonstrates a good knowledge of roads, routes within Dubai, and the rules and regulations required by the Road Transport Authorities (RTA).
