Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Our client is a leading supplier of high-quality bathrooms, sanitary ware, fixtures, fittings, tiles, and kitchens. Committed to excellence, we prioritize customer satisfaction and innovation in delivering premium solutions.

They are looking for a receptionist who can manage the front office along with supporting the social media team by posting content on the social media platform, etc.

Front Desk Management and Administrative Support:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Ensure all documents are accurately filed, organized, and easily retrievable.
  • Maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems.


Social Media support:

  • Content Creation and Posting:
  • Assist in creating engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule and post content in alignment with the company's social media calendar.


Community Management:

  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide insights and suggestions based on analytics to improve engagement and reach.
