Our client is a leading supplier of high-quality bathrooms, sanitary ware, fixtures, fittings, tiles, and kitchens. Committed to excellence, we prioritize customer satisfaction and innovation in delivering premium solutions.
They are looking for a receptionist who can manage the front office along with supporting the social media team by posting content on the social media platform, etc.
Front Desk Management and Administrative Support:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Ensure all documents are accurately filed, organized, and easily retrievable.
- Maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems.
Social Media support:
- Content Creation and Posting:
- Assist in creating engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and post content in alignment with the company's social media calendar.
Community Management:
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide insights and suggestions based on analytics to improve engagement and reach.
