About the Role:

The purpose of the Technical Account Manager, is to work closely with our customers, build relationships with them and help them achieve their technical goals and overcome technical challenges. You are working closely with our technical delivery teams & product teams, to ensure that our commercial teams are getting the right technical support in any discussion with our customers. As an expert of our platform & services you are the 1st contact person for our customers and be able to brief & guide our delivery teams to achieve customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers technical requests and take care of any technical issues 
  • Manage customer expectation and lead them to customer satisfaction
  • Monitor support requests made by customers to identify any recurring issues and recommend changes to products/services
  • Educate clients & partners on how existing and new product features, integrations, and functionality work
  • Work directly with developers, partners, and other internal teams to support the launch of product & services and support on post integration issues with any kind of technical support, consulting, and best practices.

  • BS or MS in Computer Science Economics, Business Administration or any quantitative and analytical discipline
  • 5+ experience in a Technical Account Management role or Technical Project Management or similar role.
  • Ability to match client’s business requirements with product capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that build positive relationships with other team members
  • Strong ability to organize work schedule and time to ensure deadlines are always met
  • Lean thinking mindset, comfortable with Agile planning and estimation rituals
  • Proactive, strong-minded, quick thinker and assertive.
  • Have strong technical skills, both functional and non-functional ideally in a continuous delivery environment.
  • Ability to diagnose and identify issues with API’s and Services
  • A mature and professional individual who is self-motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Prioritizes communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively adjust language to the target audience (CFO, CEO, Developer, etc.)
  • Experience in solution engineering or technical management preferred
  • Working knowledge of web technologies including HTTP, HTML, JSON, etc.
  • Troubleshooting experience with SOAP and REST environment needed
  • Understanding of basic SQL Commands
  • Fluency in English is a must, German, French or Spanish is an advantage
