Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to join our telecommunications team, specializing in Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships to ensure the success of our VOIP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for VOIP products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and promptly.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members, providing training and support to enhance their performance.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 8-10 years in sales or business development.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the telecommunications "VOIP" industry.
  • Strong understanding of VOIP technology and telecommunications services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent in English.
