As a part of the program, you will:
· Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
· Remove obstacles and help the team to stay focused and productive.
· Track and communicate project progress, ensuring timely delivery.
· Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
· Continuously improve the team's Agile processes and practices.
