What You Will Be Doing

• Manage day-to-day IT operations, including addressing help tickets, supporting ongoing projects, and managing our infrastructure.
• Handle business-critical IT tasks and system improvements
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with peers, supervisors, and team members.
• Communicate changes, updates, and project timelines effectively to team members.
• Offering solutions that meet teams' needs
  
  

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
• From 1 to 3 years of experience
• Strong technical skills, including Office 365, server management, and network administration.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Deep knowledge of operating systems, Network equipment and, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools.
• CCNA & MCSA
