As a part of the program, you will:
· Provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
· Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.
· Perform hardware and software upgrades and patches as directed by the IT team.
· Assist in managing user accounts and access rights in various systems and applications.

متطلبات الوظيفة
· Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues.
· Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
· Familiarity with common office software and productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
· Experience with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
· Understanding of basic network concepts and troubleshooting.
· Ability to document issues and solutions for future reference.
· Basic understanding of ITIL processes and service management.
· Excellent communication skills to assist users and resolve their issues effectively.
