As a part of the program, you will:

·       Support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.

·       Assist in reviewing resumes and conducting initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.

·       Coordinate interview schedules, including arranging candidate interviews, booking meeting rooms, and communicating with interviewers and candidates.

·       Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards and company career pages.

·       Collaborate with the HR team on various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
