As a talented Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and engaging designs that bring out real estate concepts and marketing efforts to life. Your main responsibilities will include conceptualizing and executing designs for project launch materials such as brochures, logos, outdoor advertisements, and social media content. You will need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and leverage your creativity and self-motivation to develop fresh ideas that set the end client apart from its competitors.

- Conceptualize and design a variety of visual materials including brochures, logos, outdoor advertisements, and social media content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into your designs.
- Demonstrate a strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
- Possess an excellent understanding of typography, layout design, branding, print material, and digital contents.
- Collaborate effectively with teams to develop innovative design concepts.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks and proofread design assets.
- Work independently, taking ownership of design projects from start to final delivery.
- Experience in video editing is a plus.
- Excellent creative and storytelling skills with the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of creative experience in the UAE.
- Proven graphic design experience in-house or with an agency (experience with real estate portfolios is a plus).
- Experience in digital and print design.
- Proficient in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
- Immediate availability is preferred.
