Work Location: Cairo,Egypt.

As an IT Service Support Lead you will support end-users with all provided IT services.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide end-user support for all IT services.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze issues reported by users.
  • Manage and administer users in Active Directory.
  • Manage and administer user email accounts.
  • Manage and administer Microsoft Windows environments.
  • Set up and manage network essentials (LAN, WAN).
  • Handle user tickets related to the Oracle EBS suite.
  • Manage and administer printers and peripherals.
  • Set up and support cameras.
  • Implement ITIL infrastructure procedures.
  • Set up and support point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Maintain professional communication standards.

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related fieled .
  • Over 3 years of experience in technical support.
  • Experience in professional communication.
  • End User Support for all IT services provided.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze the issues reported from users.
  • Experience in user management and administration in Active Directory (AD).
  • Experience in user management and administration in Mail.
  • Experience in user management and administration in Microsoft Windows.
  • Experience in management and administration of network essentials (LAN, wireless, WAN).
  • Experience in handling user tickets related to Oracle EBS suite.
  • Experience in printer and peripherals management and administration.
  • Experience in camera setup and support.
  • Experience in ITIL process.
  • Experience in professional communication.
  • Experience in Point of Sales (POS) setup and support.
