We are looking the Import and Export Sales Executive to join our team.
You will be responsible for:
- Identify and evaluate potential export markets for FMCG products conducting market research and analysis to assess demand competition and regulatory requirements.
- Develop market entry strategies and expansion plans for target countries or regions considering factors such as consumer preferences distribution channels and economic trends.
- Prospect and establish relationships with overseas customers distributors and importers leveraging existing networks and conducting outbound sales activities.
- Negotiate sales agreements contracts and pricing terms with international clients ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to international clients addressing inquiries, resolving issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments including logistics shipping and finance to facilitate the export process from order placement to delivery.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of export orders including documentation customs clearance and transportation arrangements in compliance with international trade regulations.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate with customers to provide updates and address any delays or issues that may arise.
- Stay informed about global market trends, trade policies and regulatory changes that may impact export sales and distribution.
- Analyze sales performance data, market feedback and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision making and strategic planning within the export sales department.
