Position Duration: This is a contractual role for a period of 2 months which might be extended based on business requirements and performance of the agents

The Role

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

Answer inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.

Provide technical support for product-related issues and guide customers through troubleshooting steps.

Handle customer orders, process payments, and ensure accurate data entry.

Deliver accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.

Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex cases to higher levels when necessary.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and sales targets.

Follow company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during customer interactions.

  • Qualification:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry. Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus.
