Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team(Dubai office) and support our sales department. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales coordination role.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of sales processes and customer service principles.

Experience with CRM software is a plus.
